Dr. Wisner completed a spine surgery fellowship at University Hospital, Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, England. He opened his office in 1988 in Lodi, California. Whether a patient requires conservative or surgical treatment, Dr. Wisner creates a customized plan to meet their needs.
